Shipping
The time taken to dispatch a product depends on the type of product and available stock. Large orders may take longer than usual, and customers will be informed of any delays once the order is confirmed.
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delays in delivery may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to ensure timely deliveries for all customers.
Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of the delivery date if a manufacturing defect is found.
Depending on the defect, either the entire product or a specific part of the sales package will be replaced.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Once we receive the product, it will be inspected within 24-48 hours, and if approved, a refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. A refund will be issued after deducting transaction charges.
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the product, a refund will be provided only if the product is unopened and in the same condition as received.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
